Meet your coach: bazi hassan
My Mission
Helping Muslims break free from mental and emotional struggles through a unique blend of Islamic knowledge and psychology. My goal is to guide you toward a calmer mind, a stronger connection with Allah ﷻ, and lasting emotional resilience.
Why I Do This Work
After four years of study in Yemen and certification in the Science of the Nafs, I saw how many Muslims feel stuck—emotionally, spiritually, or mentally. Fitrah Coaching exists to reconnect you with your true self and your Creator, using tools that work in the real world.

“Before working with Bazi, I had a distracted mind and a fearful soul. He had a miraculous way of putting things into perspective. No matter how large your problem may seem in your head, he helps you get to the root of your fears and limiting beliefs.”
Bazi makes sure you’re heard and truly understands you, which made his coaching seamless. I used to struggle with confidence and daily overthinking, but Alhamdulilah I now manage it so much better. Grateful for this as it’s changed how I see myself and so much more.
After struggling with depression and medication side effects, I began sessions with Bazi and within two months, Alhamdulillah, I was off antidepressants, my mental state had significantly improved and felt like myself again. Thank you for your time, care, and the difference you’ve made.
The most amazing thing for me was that whatever Bazi shared always related back to the Deen. I was struggling with anxiety and feeling spiritually low, but Alhamdulillah, the sessions really helped. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and skilled in both mental health and Islamic teachings.
“The difference I felt before and after sitting with Bazi was like night and day. I was able to get everything off my chest, refocus, and get closer to Allah. Our weekly sessions have been a huge help in bringing my focus back to Allah and Islam.”
Fitrah Coaching is for Muslim men who feel spiritually disconnected, mentally overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck — but deep down know they were created for more.
You may be:
Struggling with overthinking, anxiety, or low self-worth
Finding it hard to stay consistent with your ibadah or goals
Battling silent shame, self-doubt, or unresolved past experiences
Feeling like you know what you “should” be doing, but you just can’t seem to do it
This isn’t just for people going through “rock bottom.” It’s also for men who look fine on the outside — but inside feel misaligned, numb, or restless.
If you’ve tried lectures, motivation videos, Islamic reminders or productivity tools — but still feel stuck — then this coaching is designed for you. You don’t need to be “more religious” or “more disciplined” to start. You just need to be honest enough to say: “I need support.”
This is one of the most common questions — and an important one.
Therapy is often focused on clinical diagnosis, deep healing from trauma, or working through past pain — especially when it severely impacts your daily functioning. Therapists are trained in medical and psychological models, and are best when there’s a need to address mental illness like depression, PTSD, or anxiety disorders.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about helping mentally healthy people become even more emotionally, spiritually, and mentally aligned.
In Fitrah Coaching, the focus is on:
Gaining clarity on the beliefs and habits that are holding you back
Reconnecting with Allah through the lens of the fitrah and the Sunnah
Building resilience and self-leadership
Reclaiming your identity as a strong, purpose-driven Muslim man
While therapy helps you heal, coaching helps you rise. It’s about transformation, not treatment.
This call is not a sales pitch — it’s a powerful, transformative experience in itself.
Here’s what to expect:
Safe, judgement-free space
You’ll be guided through an honest conversation where you can open up about what you’ve been silently carrying.
Clarity on your personal roadblocks
Most people don’t actually know what’s holding them back. During the call, I’ll help you uncover the real root — not just the surface symptoms.
A clear, customised path forward
Together, we’ll outline the steps to start moving your life in a new direction — practically, spiritually, and mentally.
Spiritual realignment
You’ll walk away with a deeper sense of connection to Allah — not in theory, but in your heart and thoughts.
Even if you never work with me again after the call, I want you to leave that hour with something life-changing.
The Science of the Nafs is a unique model developed specifically for Muslims. It combines:
The inner sciences of the Quran and Sunnah
A deep understanding of the nafs (soul), qalb (heart), and aql (mind)
Tools from modern psychology — adapted to serve faith-based transformation
Conventional psychology separates religion from mental health. It treats the mind and emotions like they exist in a vacuum — ignoring the role of Allah, worship, or the soul.
In contrast, the Science of the Nafs sees your spiritual state as central to your well-being. It helps you:
Understand your emotional struggles through the lens of iman, tawakkul, and dhikr
Reconnect to your purpose and identity as a servant of Allah
Build the inner strength and discipline needed to live with clarity and purpose
It’s holistic. It’s deep. And it’s fully in line with who you were created to be.
That’s completely fine — the first step is the free 1-hour Clarity Call.
You’re not committing to months of coaching. You’re committing to one hour of deep clarity that may change the way you see yourself — forever.
After that, if coaching feels right and you’re ready, we’ll explore the next steps. If not, you still leave with value, insight, and a new sense of direction.
No pressure. No chasing. Just an open door.
Here’s what past clients have experienced:
Mental clarity after years of confusion and self-doubt
Emotional resilience in the face of stress, fear, and anxiety
A return to salah, dhikr, and spiritual focus after long periods of distance
The confidence to take bold, aligned action in their careers, relationships, and lives
A powerful sense of identity and purpose rooted in their fitrah
This isn’t about hype or promises. It’s about becoming the man Allah created you to be, from the inside out.
